Benefits of Using Epsom Salts

When you come into our clinic, we often recommend taking an Epsom salt bath after your treatment. Here are a few reasons why:
– The sulfates found in Epsom salts can help flush out built-up toxins
– Magnesium in the salt acts as a muscle relaxer, breaking down the lactic acid caused by strenuous movement and exercise
– Soaking in an Epsom salt bath helps soothe tired muscles and reduce swelling
